Light Makes Our Life Shine

Our group is dedicated to understanding the interaction between light and matter at the nano- and micro-scales, and to discovering new light-related phenomena.

Based on these novel light phenomena, our mission is to develop new photonic materials and the next generation of optoelectronics, contributing to fields such as energy, security, sensing, bio-medical devices, and imaging systems.

Specifically, our research ranges from the level of photonic materials (e.g., nanophotonics and metasurfaces) to optical devices and systems (e.g., energy-saving systems and bio-inspired imaging systems).

We envision a future society enriched with safety and prosperity, driven by advancements in light-related technologies.
